Note that pull-up resistor (120 Ohm) is needed for Eurosens Delta flow meter.
Eurosens Direct has a built-in  pull-up resistor, it can be switched ON in flow meter settings. SO no external resistor is needed for Direct.

For example, we want to send this list of messages to server:

1. Fuel consumed since flow meter power ON
2. Fuel consumed (not resettable)
3. Instant fuel consumption
4. Time of fuel flow
5. Fuel temperature (supply line)
6. Idle volume
7. Volume in nominal mode
8. Fuel flow in the supply chamber
9. Fuel flow in the return chamber
10. Current mode : flags

Some explanation:

1. Fuel consumed since flow meter power ON (SPN №182)

This message has FEE9 PGN (CAN ID in Teltonika setup).
we add 18 at beginning and 01 in the end of CAN ID. 01 means default CAN bus address. If we want to connect several flow meters we must set up different addresses in Eurosens Delta configurator and use different addresses in this CAN ID accordingly.

Output data mask: according to Eurosens Delta messages description this parameter takes 4 bytes , from 1st to 4th. We must tick them in the Output data mask field but note that it is counted from the right!
