2. Preparing the installation

To install the flow sensor is required:
• flow sensor
• Service kit Eurosens Destination
• notebook
• mounting kit (sold separately);
• Hand tools (wrenches, screwdrivers).
• fuel hoses of needed length.

The flow sensor can be mounted in any position: vertical, horizontal or inclined. Do not kink the cable and fuel hoses. Recommended for the most correct operation of the sensor mount it horizontally. The sensor should be secured by at least three points on the plane.

WARNING!
When installed on a vehicle shall be prohibited drilling of the base vehicle frame! At impossibility of mounting the mounting plate with screws, you can use spot welding.

Please observe the following rules:
1 Flanges and threaded connections must be clean during connection.
2 When installing, use only new copper sealing from the mounting kit.
3 Fuel lines hoses be protected from external pollutions.
4 It is not allowed to reduce the internal cross section of the fuel lines on the bends.
5 Fuel hoses on the vehicle must be fixed every 0.5 m.
6 Fuel hoses should have a small length margin to compensate temperature changes.
7 Do not install the flow sensor on the elements of the vehicle, subject to strong vibrations and heat.

4. After installation fuel system contains air. Use manual pump (if present) to move air from system before engine start.

Without this operation engine can not start until air will be not pushed to the tank by fuel supply pump while starter operation.
So, first start can take a longer time.

After engine start LED indicators on Eurosens Delta starts to blink
Both S and R LED must blink. On Idle mode fuel flow in supply and return lines are similar so frequency of blinks will be almost same.
