It is used to connect and configure  sensors of Mechatronics to a PC via USB :

Fuel Level Sensor Eurosens Dominator
fuel flow sensor Eurosens Direct, Delta

Sensors are powered from USB too, no external voltage source is needed.

For data transfer a single-wire interface K-line is used.

Drivers for Destination 01 service kit are common FTDI drivers with virtual COM-port option.
You can download them in the attachment.

To configure the sensor use the appropriate software (different foe level sensors and flow meters).
